Dildos manufacturers

B2B buyers must ensure products are made from 100% medical-grade silicone, which is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and body-safe. It is critical to verify that the materials are BPA-free and phthalate-free. Request FDA registration or LFGB/RoHS certification reports from the supplier to ensure the chemical composition meets international health standards for skin-contact products.

For motorized versions, prioritize IPX7 waterproof ratings, which allow for easy cleaning and versatility. Ensure the device uses lithium-ion rechargeable batteries with USB magnetic charging for longevity. Noise levels should be strictly controlled under 50 decibels to meet consumer demand for discretion. Always confirm the motor's torque and vibration frequency ranges to ensure product performance aligns with your market positioning.

Request a tensile strength test report to ensure the silicone-to-core bonding is secure. For moving parts, ask for cycle testing data (e.g., 1,000+ hours of continuous operation). Ensure the manufacturer follows ISO 9001 quality management systems and performs 100% OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) on battery safety to prevent overheating issues.

This category is sensitive in certain regions. Use neutral packaging (white-labeling) to avoid customs delays or seizures. Ensure the HS Code (typically 9019.10 or 3926.90) is correctly declared. On Made-in-China.com, look for suppliers experienced in DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to navigate complex import regulations and avoid hidden tariffs.

Focus on MOQ flexibility for trial orders to test market response before committing to bulk. Negotiate for OEM/ODM services, such as custom logo engraving or bespoke packaging, which adds significant brand value. Always request a pre-production sample and use Secured Trading Services on the platform to protect your payment until the goods pass third-party inspection.

The biggest risks are material substitution (using industrial-grade silicone instead of medical-grade) and battery failure. To mitigate this, hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to conduct a factory audit. Ensure your contract includes a defective rate clause, typically requiring the supplier to replace any units exceeding a 1-2% failure rate.
