Custom made sex dolls manufacturers

When sourcing, you must choose between TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) and Silicone. TPE is more cost-effective, has a softer, skin-like texture, and is highly porous, requiring more maintenance. Medical-grade Silicone is more durable, heat-resistant, and non-porous, making it easier to sanitize and less likely to develop odors, though it comes at a higher price point.

Ensure the doll features a reinforced stainless steel or aluminum alloy skeleton with multi-axis joints. This allows for a wide range of motion and ensures the doll can hold various poses without the frame snapping. High-quality suppliers on Made-in-China.com will provide specifications for joint flexibility and weight-bearing capacity.

Safety is paramount. Products must be BPA-free and Phthalate-free to prevent skin irritation or toxicity. For the US market, ensure compliance with California Proposition 65; for the EU, verify REACH and RoHS certifications. Always request Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) from the manufacturer to confirm the chemical composition of the materials used.

Professional suppliers offer customization for eye color, hair type (wig vs. implanted), skin tone, and body measurements. You should request a pre-shipment video or high-resolution photos of the finished custom product to verify that all bespoke features align with your order specifications before the final balance is paid.

This is a high-risk area. Different countries have varying regulations regarding the import of adult products. Ensure the supplier uses discreet packaging and accurate but neutral HS Codes (e.g., 9503.00 for dolls/toys). Always check your local customs regulations to ensure the product does not violate 'decency' laws, which could lead to seizure of goods.

To mitigate risk, use Secure Payment services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com. Never pay via untraceable methods. We recommend hiring a third-party inspection service to conduct a DPI (During Production Inspection) or FRI (Final Random Inspection) to check for surface defects, oily discharge (common in low-quality TPE), and mechanical skeleton integrity.

Dolls are heavy (typically 25kg-50kg) and bulky. Sea freight (LCL) is the most economical for bulk orders, while Air Express is faster but significantly more expensive. Ensure the supplier uses heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated boxes with custom-fit foam inserts to prevent the skeleton from piercing the skin during transit. Request moisture-proof vacuum sealing to protect the material during long sea voyages.
