Whitening capsule manufacturers

When sourcing whitening capsules, prioritize formulations containing Glutathione (GSH), preferably in its reduced form for better bioavailability. Other essential synergistic ingredients include Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) to enhance absorption, Alpha-Lipoic Acid for antioxidant regeneration, and Grape Seed Extract or Nicotinamide for skin barrier repair. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Analysis (COA) to verify the purity and concentration of these actives.

As these are ingestible products, compliance is non-negotiable. You must ensure the manufacturer is GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified and holds an ISO 22000 or HACCP certification for food safety. For entry into specific markets, verify if the products meet FDA registration requirements (USA) or EFSA standards (Europe). Always request Third-Party Lab Test Reports to confirm the absence of heavy metals like lead or mercury.

Whitening ingredients like Glutathione are highly sensitive to oxidation. Inquire about the encapsulation technology used; enteric-coated capsules or liposomal delivery systems are superior as they protect the ingredients from stomach acid. The product should have a documented stability test report ensuring a shelf life of at least 24 months when stored in medical-grade HDPE bottles or blister packaging with moisture-proof desiccant.

A top-tier supplier on Made-in-China.com should offer comprehensive OEM services, including custom formulation (adjusting mg dosage), capsule shell selection (e.g., Vegan/HPMC vs. Gelatin), and private label packaging design. Ensure they can provide mock-up samples within 7-10 days and have the capacity to handle variable MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) starting from 500 to 1,000 bottles for new brands.

Always conduct a factory audit or hire a third-party inspection service like SGS or Intertek to verify the production line. Use the Trade Messenger on Made-in-China.com to keep all communications documented. Avoid suppliers who cannot provide a Business License or those whose prices are significantly lower than the market average, as this often indicates diluted active ingredients.

Negotiate based on Total Volume Commitment rather than a single order to secure a 10-15% discount. For payment, utilize Secured Trading Services to ensure your funds are only released after the Pre-shipment Inspection is passed. Standard terms for reliable buyers are often 30% deposit and 70% balance against the Bill of Lading (B/L).

Supplements are sensitive to high temperatures. Request temperature-controlled shipping or ensure the cargo is placed away from heat sources on the vessel. For air freight, ensure the packaging includes vacuum-sealed foil bags inside the cartons to prevent humidity ingress. Always clarify the HS Code (typically 210690) with your customs broker to avoid clearance delays or incorrect duty applications.
