Video invitation brochure manufacturers

When selecting a supplier, prioritize the screen resolution and panel type (IPS panels offer better viewing angles). Common screen sizes range from 2.4 to 10.1 inches. Ensure the battery capacity (mAh) is sufficient for at least 90-120 minutes of continuous playback. Additionally, verify the internal memory capacity (typically 128MB to 8GB) to ensure it can accommodate your video file size and bitrate.

Request samples using 300g-350g art paper or hardcovers for premium feel. Specify your requirements for surface finishing, such as matte/glossy lamination, spot UV, or foil stamping. For B2B bulk orders, ensure the supplier uses CMYK offset printing rather than digital printing to maintain color consistency across large batches.

Consider adding multiple control buttons (Play/Pause, Volume +/-, Previous/Next) or a touch screen interface. A critical feature is the magnetic induction switch, which triggers the video to play automatically upon opening. Ensure the charging and data port is a modern Type-C interface for better compatibility and faster data transfer.

Since these products contain lithium batteries and circuit boards, they must comply with CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications. For shipments to the US, ensure the batteries have UN38.3 and MSDS reports to avoid customs clearance issues and to meet airline safety regulations for electronic goods.

Video brochures are classified as 'products with built-in batteries'. You should work with suppliers on Made-in-China.com who provide complete MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and UN38.3 test reports. Choosing a freight forwarder experienced in DG (Dangerous Goods) handling or 'Battery-inclusive' lines will prevent your cargo from being rejected by airlines.

Always conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). Specifically, ask the inspector to check the video upload success rate, speaker clarity (no buzzing), and screen dead pixels. For large orders, it is highly recommended to use third-party inspection services to verify that the paper alignment and glue binding are flawless.

Unit prices are heavily influenced by screen size and memory capacity. To optimize costs, aim for an MOQ of 50-100 units to amortize the setup costs of offset printing. Negotiate for tiered pricing; for example, a 500-unit order can often reduce the unit cost by 15-20% compared to a 50-unit sample run. Always confirm if the USB charging cables are included in the quoted price.

To ensure payment security, utilize the secured payment services provided by Made-in-China.com. Avoid transferring large sums via unprotected methods for first-time orders. Use Escrow-based systems where the payment is only released to the supplier after you provide proof of shipping (Bill of Lading) or after the goods pass inspection.
