Vga card manufacturers

Buyers must prioritize the GPU Architecture (e.g., NVIDIA Ampere/Ada Lovelace or AMD RDNA 3) and VRAM Capacity (8GB, 12GB, or 24GB GDDR6/GDDR6X) based on the target market. For gaming, Clock Speed and CUDA Cores/Stream Processors are vital, while for workstations, ECC Memory support and Driver Stability are paramount. Ensure the Interface Type is PCIe 4.0 or 5.0 to prevent bandwidth bottlenecks.

Request data on the Thermal Design Power (TDP) and the cooling solution used, such as Vapor Chamber technology, Heat Pipe count, and Fan Bearing types (Double Ball Bearings are preferred for longevity). For bulk orders, ask for Stress Test Reports (e.g., 3DMark or FurMark) showing stable temperatures under 80°C during extended loads.

Electronic components must adhere to CE (Europe), FCC (USA), and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) certifications to ensure safety and environmental compliance. Additionally, for the South Korean market, KC certification is required, and for China, CCC certification is mandatory. Always verify the Authenticity of MAC addresses and HDMI/DisplayPort licensing to avoid legal complications.

White Label (OEM) cards offer significantly higher profit margins, often 20-30% lower in cost than Tier-1 brands, making them ideal for system integrators. However, Branded cards (AIC partners) carry higher resale value and consumer trust. When sourcing from Made-in-China.com, evaluate the supplier's R&D capability to provide custom BIOS or PCB modifications for specific industrial needs.

This is a critical risk in the GPU market. Strictly require 'Brand New & Original' clauses in the Sales Contract. Use Third-party Inspection services to check for dust in heatsinks, yellowing of the PCB (thermal stress), or oxidation on the IO shield. Ensure the Serial Numbers (SN) on the box, PCB, and BIOS match perfectly.

Negotiate based on Tiered Pricing; for example, a 500-unit order should yield a 5-8% discount over the sample price. Demand a 1% spare parts allowance (RMA buffer) or a 1-3 year factory warranty. For long-term partnerships, request Price Protection clauses to hedge against the high volatility of GPU market prices driven by crypto or AI demand.

VGA cards are sensitive to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and physical impact. Ensure each unit is packed in an Anti-static bag and secured with High-density EPE foam. For shipping to countries with high humidity, include Desiccant packs. Use Insured Air Freight for small batches to reduce transit time and the risk of theft, which is higher for high-value electronics.

Always utilize Escrow services or Trade Assurance provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. For very large orders, consider Letter of Credit (L/C). Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts; always verify that the Beneficiary Bank Account matches the company name on the business license.
