I have found results from8000+products and2000+suppliers aboutStrap for slipper
For durability and comfort, prioritize PVC, TPU, or high-grade Rubber. If you are targeting the eco-friendly market, look for recycled PET or bio-based EVA. Ensure the material has a Shore A hardness rating of 40-60 to balance flexibility with structural integrity, and verify that the tensile strength is sufficient to prevent snapping at the plug points.
You must confirm that the materials are BPA-free and Phthalate-free, especially for the US and EU markets. Request REACH or RoHS certification from the supplier. For children's slippers, compliance with CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) is mandatory to ensure no lead or small parts hazards exist.
Look for ergonomic 3D molding which reduces friction against the skin. UV-resistance treatment is critical for outdoor flip-flops to prevent color fading and material brittleness. Additionally, reinforced plug-end designs (the 'Y' junction) are essential to prevent the strap from pulling out of the sole during heavy use.
Yes, most suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer embossed, debossed, or silk-screen printing options. For high-end branding, 3D PVC patches or laser engraving are recommended. You should provide AI or CDR vector files and specify Pantone color codes to ensure brand consistency across production batches.
Always request a pre-production sample (PPS) and have it sealed. Use a third-party inspection service (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a random AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) inspection before the final balance payment. Focus specifically on color migration tests and pull-strength tests.
Negotiate based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Ask for tiered pricing (e.g., 5,000 vs. 20,000 units) and inquire if the molding fee can be waived or refunded once a certain order volume is reached. On Made-in-China.com, look for 'Diamond' or 'Gold' audited suppliers to ensure you are dealing with factories rather than small trading intermediaries.
Since straps are lightweight but can be bulky, optimize packaging by using vacuum-sealed bags or nested stacking to reduce the volumetric weight. For small trial batches, Air Express (DDP) is efficient, but for bulk production, Sea Freight (FOB or CIF) is necessary to maintain healthy profit margins. Ensure the HS Code (usually 6406.90) is correctly declared to avoid customs delays.
Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your payments. Never transfer large sums to personal bank accounts; always use verified corporate accounts. Ensure the Proforma Invoice (PI) clearly states the material composition, lead time, and penalty clauses for quality defects.
