Spain jersey manufacturers

Focus on moisture-wicking fabrics such as 100% recycled polyester or interlock mesh, which are industry standards for athletic performance. Ensure the weight is between 140-160 GSM for a balance of durability and breathability. For the logos, heat-applied silicone or TPU crests are preferred for 'Player Version' jerseys to reduce friction, while high-density embroidery is standard for 'Fan Version' jerseys.

Verify that the supplier complies with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, ensuring the fabric is free from harmful substances. For shipments to the EU, ensure compliance with REACH regulations. If you are sourcing for youth sizes, products must meet CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) standards regarding lead content and small parts.

Player Version jerseys feature a slim-fit cut, laser-cut ventilation holes, and lightweight heat-transfer badges designed for professional athletes. Fan Version jerseys offer a regular fit, embroidered logos, and more durable fabric suitable for everyday wear. Clearly define which version you require in your Purchase Order (PO) to avoid inventory discrepancies.

Request the supplier to match specific Pantone Color Codes (typically Pantone 186 C for Red and Pantone 7548 C for Yellow). Ask for a pre-production sample (PPS) to check for sublimation bleeding, where the red dye might seep into white or yellow elements, and ensure the colorfastness rating is Grade 4 or higher.

Purchasing jerseys featuring official logos requires proper licensing authorization. To avoid customs seizures, ensure your supplier has the right to manufacture these designs or source unbranded 'teamwear' styles that follow the Spanish color palette without infringing on protected trademarks. Always check the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) customs recordation in both the exporting and importing countries.

Leverage tiered pricing based on volume; for example, aim for a 15-20% discount when moving from a 500-unit tier to a 2,000-unit tier. Negotiate for Free On Board (FOB) terms to maintain control over your logistics costs. Additionally, request a 'Golden Sample' to be kept as a reference for quality disputes during the Final Random Inspection (FRI).

Use Secured Trading Services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure payments are only released upon confirmation of shipment. For high-value orders, utilize a 30/70 payment structure (30% deposit, 70% balance after passing a third-party quality inspection but before dispatch).

For urgent seasonal demands (e.g., before a major tournament), Air Freight takes 5-7 days but is costly. For bulk stock replenishment, Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) to ports like Valencia or Barcelona is the most economical, typically taking 30-40 days. Ensure your supplier provides a Certificate of Origin to potentially benefit from preferential tariff treatments if applicable.
