Sex dolls manufacturers

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is more cost-effective, softer to the touch, and highly porous, requiring frequent cleaning and powdering to prevent stickiness. Silicone is a premium, non-porous material that is heat-resistant, easier to sanitize, and more durable, though it is generally firmer and more expensive.

Ensure the doll features a stainless steel or reinforced aluminum alloy skeleton with multi-axis ball joints. This allows for a wide range of realistic motion and ensures the doll can sustain weight in various poses without structural failure or metal fatigue.

B2B buyers must request ROHS and REACH certification to ensure the materials are free from harmful phthalates and heavy metals. Since these products have prolonged skin contact, verifying skin-safe medical-grade certification is critical for consumer safety and legal compliance.

Professional suppliers should offer customization for eye color, wig type, skin tone, and makeup styles. Advanced technical options include integrated heating systems, internal voice modules, and realistic skin textures (implanted hair or goosebump textures) to increase market competitiveness.

Regulations vary significantly by country. Buyers must ensure products do not violate local decency laws; for example, dolls must strictly represent adult proportions to avoid seizure. Always use discreet packaging and ensure the HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90) is declared correctly to avoid unnecessary inspections.

Due to the weight (often 30-50kg), use reinforced five-layer corrugated boxes with custom-fit foam inserts. For bulk orders, sea freight with palletization is the most economical, but ensure the supplier uses moisture-proof desiccant bags to prevent mold growth during long-transit maritime shipping.

Utilize secure payment methods and prioritize suppliers on Made-in-China.com who have undergone Audited Supplier reports. Request a video factory audit to confirm they are a manufacturer rather than a trading company, and always order a sample to test material density and joint flexibility before committing to a full container.

While many suppliers offer a 1-unit MOQ for dropshipping, bulk discounts of 20-35% usually start at 10+ units. Negotiate a staggered production schedule if ordering multiple models to maintain a fresh inventory, and confirm a lead time of 7-15 days for standard models versus 30 days for full customizations.
