Postcard holder manufacturers

When sourcing postcard holders, the material determines both durability and display clarity. For acrylic holders, ensure they are made from high-grade virgin acrylic to prevent yellowing over time. For metal or wire racks, look for powder-coated or chrome-plated finishes to ensure rust resistance. If sourcing wooden holders, prioritize kiln-dried beech or pine to prevent warping in different climates.

For plastic and acrylic products, verify compliance with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) to ensure no harmful phthalates are present. If the holders are intended for retail environments in the US, ensure they meet California Proposition 65 requirements. For wooden components, check for FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification to guarantee sustainable sourcing.

For high-traffic retail use, prioritize 360-degree rotating bases with ball-bearing mechanisms for smooth operation. Ensure the pocket depth is at least 15-20mm to hold multiple cards per slot. For wall-mounted versions, look for pre-drilled mounting holes and shatter-resistant edges to enhance user safety and ease of installation.

Most professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer OEM/ODM services. You can request silk-screen printing or laser engraving for brand logos on the header or base. Additionally, verify if the supplier can adjust pocket dimensions (e.g., for standard 4x6 inch vs. oversized 5x7 inch cards) to fit your specific inventory.

Postcard holders, especially acrylic ones, are highly fragile. Insist on 5-layer corrugated export cartons and individual bubble wrap or PE bag packaging for each unit. For bulk sea freight, request palletization with corner protectors to prevent crushing. It is highly recommended to conduct a drop test (ISTA 1A or 2A) before the final shipment leaves the factory.

Start by requesting a tiered pricing structure based on volume (e.g., 100, 500, and 1000 units). Ask for a sample fee refund policy where the cost of the sample is deducted from your first mass production order. To ensure quality, negotiate a 30% deposit and 70% balance payment only after a successful third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI).

Confirm the correct HS Code with your supplier (typically 3926.90 for plastics or 7326.90 for iron/steel) to calculate accurate import duties. Ensure the supplier provides a detailed Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and Bill of Lading. For shipments to the EU or USA, verify if a Certificate of Origin is required to benefit from specific trade agreements or to comply with local customs regulations.

Always use Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your payment. Avoid transferring funds to private bank accounts; ensure the beneficiary name matches the company name on the business license. Review the supplier's Audit Report and Trust Points on the platform to verify their manufacturing capabilities and business history.
