Plastic sex doll manufacturers

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is the most common material due to its cost-effectiveness and soft, realistic texture, though it is porous and requires regular talcum powder application to prevent stickiness. Medical-grade Silicone is superior in terms of durability, heat resistance, and hygiene, as it is non-porous and easier to sanitize, making it the preferred choice for high-end B2B distribution.

Products must comply with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) and RoHS standards to ensure they are free from harmful phthalates and heavy metals. For the US market, adherence to California Proposition 65 is critical. If the product includes electronic heating or vibration functions, CE, FCC, and UL certifications are required for the internal components.

A high-quality product should feature a stainless steel or reinforced aluminum internal skeleton with multi-axis articulated joints. This allows for a wide range of motion without compromising the integrity of the outer skin. Buyers should verify the load-bearing capacity of the joints and ensure the internal heating systems (if applicable) have automatic shut-off sensors to prevent overheating.

Request information on the Shore A hardness scale; typically, a rating between 0 and 5 provides the most realistic flesh-like feel. Additionally, inquire about real-skin texture technology, which involves 3D scanning to replicate human pores and veins, and ensure the supplier uses anti-oil treatment to reduce surface leakage.

Utilize the Secured Trading Service on Made-in-China.com to protect your payments until the goods are received. It is highly recommended to hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to verify material density, weight, and aesthetic finish before the final balance is paid.

To avoid customs issues and ensure privacy, products must be shipped in discreet, neutral packaging (plain brown corrugated boxes) with no descriptive labels. Internally, custom-molded EPE foam is essential to prevent the heavy internal skeleton from piercing the soft exterior during transit. Ensure the HS Code (typically 3926.90 or 9503.00) is correctly declared to match your local customs regulations.

Customs regulations for adult products vary significantly by country. Buyers must confirm that the product's visual representation does not violate local decency laws or intellectual property rights (avoiding likenesses of celebrities). Always provide a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) to the freight forwarder to facilitate smooth clearance regarding the chemical composition of the TPE/Silicone.

Focus on MOQ flexibility for customization (such as eye color, hair, or skin tone). Since these items are heavy, negotiate for FOB (Free On Board) terms to maintain control over sea freight costs. For long-term partnerships, request a spare parts kit (including skin repair glue and extra joint bolts) to be included with every bulk order to reduce your local after-sales burden.
