Mesh net bag factory manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or Polypropylene (PP) for industrial and agricultural use due to their tensile strength and UV resistance. For eco-friendly retail lines, look for GOTS-certified organic cotton or recycled polyester (rPET). Ensure the mesh density (GSM - grams per square meter) aligns with the load-bearing requirements; for example, heavy produce requires a reinforced cross-stitch pattern to prevent tearing.

If the bags are used for fruits, vegetables, or seafood, the factory must provide FDA (US) or EC 1935/2004 (EU) food-grade certifications. For the European market, ensure compliance with REACH regulations regarding chemical dyes. Additionally, factories with ISO 9001:2015 certification demonstrate a commitment to consistent quality management systems, which is critical for large-scale B2B procurement.

Request the factory to perform a static load test and a drop test based on your specific weight requirements (e.g., 5kg, 10kg, or 25kg). Pay close attention to the sealing method: ultrasonic welding offers a cleaner look for retail, while overlock stitching with nylon thread provides superior strength for bulk transport. Always ask for the bursting strength parameters in the technical data sheet.

A top-tier factory should support OEM/ODM services, including custom dimensions, Pantone color matching, and branded woven labels. For automated packaging lines, verify if they can supply mesh rolls (tubular mesh) with specific stretch ratios compatible with high-speed clipping machines. The ability to provide UV-stabilized additives is also a must for products stored in outdoor environments.

Always implement a three-stage inspection process: request a pre-production sample (PPS) for approval, hire a third-party agency for during-production inspection (DUPRO), and conduct a final random inspection (FRI) before the balance payment. Using Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading Service can provide an extra layer of financial security by ensuring funds are only released upon proof of shipment.

Negotiate based on total annual volume rather than a single order to secure tier-1 pricing. If you are a startup, look for factories that offer flexible MOQs (e.g., 500-1,000 units) for trial runs, but be prepared for a 10-20% price premium. For large orders, aim for FOB (Free On Board) terms to maintain better control over your ocean freight costs and logistics timelines.

Mesh bags are lightweight but bulky; therefore, request the factory to use vacuum compression packing or high-pressure hydraulic baling to reduce the total CBM (Cubic Meters). This can lower sea freight costs by up to 30%. Ensure the outer cartons are double-walled corrugated fiberboard to prevent moisture ingress during long-haul maritime transit.

Check the HS Code (typically 6305.33 or 4202.92) against your country's tariff schedule. Be aware of anti-dumping duties that may apply to plastic-based textiles from certain regions. Always request a Certificate of Origin (Form A or Form E) from the supplier to take advantage of Preferential Trade Agreements and reduce import duties.
