Jcb fuel pump price manufacturers

To ensure compatibility, buyers must verify the OEM Part Number (e.g., 320/07037, 17/913600) against the machine's Engine Serial Number. JCB equipment uses various engines including DieselMax, Perkins, and Cummins, each requiring specific fuel pump pressures and flow rates. Always confirm if the pump is for a 3CX Backhoe Loader, Excavator, or Telehandler to avoid fitment issues.

Prioritize pumps that offer high-pressure stability and corrosion-resistant housings. Key metrics include operating voltage (12V or 24V), flow rate (L/h), and pressure ratings (PSI/Bar). For electric lift pumps, ensure the connector plug type matches the existing wiring harness to prevent electrical failure or the need for splicing.

Reliable suppliers should hold ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management. Since fuel pumps are critical engine components, look for products that have undergone 100% end-of-line testing for leaks and pressure consistency. Compliance with TS16949 (automotive quality standard) is a significant indicator of a professional manufacturer.

High-quality JCB fuel pumps utilize premium grade aluminum alloys for the body and fluororubber (Viton) seals which provide superior resistance to modern biofuels and high temperatures. Avoid pumps using standard NBR seals, as they tend to degrade faster, leading to fuel leaks and engine stalling.

Request detailed product photos, technical drawings, and performance test reports before shipping. Utilize Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading Service to ensure payment is only released after the goods pass inspection. For large orders, hiring a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or BV) to conduct a pre-shipment audit is highly recommended.

Focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate based on Annual Purchase Volume (APV) to secure tiered discounts, which can range from 10% to 25%. Ask for spare seal kits or extended warranties (12-24 months) to be included in the price to add value to the transaction.

Fuel pumps are heavy and dense; for small batches, Air Express (DHL/FedEx) is fast but costly. For bulk orders, LCL (Less than Container Load) sea freight is more economical. Ensure the supplier provides an accurate HS Code (typically 841330) and a Certificate of Origin to benefit from potential preferential tariff rates under trade agreements.

Avoid 100% upfront payments for new suppliers. A standard professional practice is 30% deposit and 70% balance against the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. Always conduct transactions through verified channels on Made-in-China.com to benefit from buyer protection programs and dispute resolution services.
