Hiemt machine manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize magnetic flux density (intensity), typically measured in Teslas. Professional-grade machines should offer 7 to 13 Tesla to ensure deep muscle penetration. Additionally, verify the pulse width and frequency (Hz) range; a machine capable of up to 150Hz allows for more diverse treatment protocols. Ensure the device features a liquid cooling system rather than just air cooling to support continuous operation in a commercial setting without overheating.

As medical-aesthetic equipment, compliance is critical. Ensure the supplier provides CE Certification (Medical CE/MDD or MDR) for the European market and FDA 510(k) clearance for the U.S. market. Furthermore, the factory should hold ISO 13485 (Medical devices — Quality management systems) to guarantee manufacturing consistency and safety.

The applicators are the most used components. Ask the supplier for the rated lifespan of the handles, which should ideally exceed 6,000 to 10,000 hours. Check if the machine supports multi-channel output, allowing 2 or 4 handles to work simultaneously with independent intensity controls. Request internal component photos to ensure high-quality capacitors and copper coils are used, as these dictate the stability of the electromagnetic field.

HIEMT machines are primarily used in medical spas, fitness centers, and physiotherapy clinics. For a B2B buyer, the Return on Investment (ROI) is high because the treatment is non-invasive and requires zero consumables. A standard treatment course consists of 4-6 sessions; with a competitive unit price from a reliable manufacturer, the machine cost can often be recovered within 3 to 6 months of active clinic use.

The main risks include customs seizure due to lack of medical certification and damage during transit. To mitigate this, always use reinforced wooden crate packaging and ensure the H.S. Code is correctly declared (typically under 9018.90). Verify that the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin to potentially reduce import tariffs under specific trade agreements.

Since these machines are complex, negotiate for 24-month warranties and a guaranteed supply of spare parts. Insist on receiving video training modules and a digital user manual. Top-tier suppliers on Made-in-China.com often provide remote technical diagnostics via video call to help your local technicians fix minor issues without shipping the unit back.

Use secure payment methods like Escrow services or Letters of Credit (L/C) for large volumes. For initial orders, utilize the secured trading services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. Always conduct a pre-shipment inspection (PSI), either personally or via a third-party agency, to test the Tesla output and screen functionality before the final balance is paid.

Due to the weight (often 60kg+) and sensitivity of the internal magnets, Air Freight is recommended for single units to minimize vibration exposure, though it is costlier. For bulk orders, Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is more economical. Ensure the bill of lading specifies 'Sensitive Equipment' and confirm that the magnetic field is properly shielded to comply with IATA magnetic interference regulations if shipping by air.
