Heli cpc 50 manufacturers

The HELI CPC 50 is a 5-ton capacity diesel forklift. You must verify the engine model (typically Xinchai or Isuzu), as this affects maintenance and parts availability. Ensure the lifting height meets your warehouse requirements (standard is 3m, but triplex masts can reach 6m). Check for hydraulic system pressure and the presence of a side shifter, which is critical for operational efficiency in tight spaces.

For global trade, ensure the unit has CE Certification for the European market or meets ANSI/ITSDF B56.1 standards for North America. Crucially, the engine must comply with regional emission standards, such as EPA Tier 4 (USA) or EU Stage V. Request the Certificate of Conformity (CoC) and ISO 9001 manufacturing credentials from the supplier.

Prioritize units with a reinforced overhead guard and wide-view mast design to improve operator visibility. Verify the use of heavy-duty tires (pneumatic or solid) and check if the forklift includes an Operator Presence System (OPS), which automatically locks hydraulic actions when the driver leaves the seat. Ask for load test reports conducted at 125% of rated capacity.

Diesel forklifts require regular oil and filter changes every 250-500 hours. Ensure the supplier provides a detailed English maintenance manual and a spare parts kit (including air filters, fuel filters, and fuses). Confirm the availability of after-sales technical support and whether parts are compatible with local HELI service centers.

Due to its weight and dimensions, the HELI CPC 50 is best shipped via 40HC container (usually fitting 2-3 units) or Flat Rack if oversized. Ensure the supplier uses professional lashing and bracing to prevent shifting during transit. Always clarify the Incoterms; CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) is common, but FOB (Free On Board) allows you better control over the shipping line and costs.

The primary risk is mechanical non-conformity. Mitigate this by using third-party inspection services (like SGS or BV) to perform a pre-shipment inspection. For transaction security, use secure payment methods or Trade Assurance services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment.

Focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the sticker price. Negotiate for extended warranties (e.g., 18-24 months) or the inclusion of extra wear parts. If ordering multiple units, aim for a 5-10% volume discount. Always ask for a proforma invoice that clearly breaks down the costs of the machine, attachments, and packaging.

Check your country's HS Code (typically 8427.20) for forklift trucks to determine import tariffs. Be aware of Anti-Dumping Duties that may apply to Chinese machinery in certain regions. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin (e.g., Form E or Form F) to potentially qualify for preferential tariff rates under Free Trade Agreements.
