Full body massage manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize the SL-Track mechanism, which allows rollers to travel from the neck down to the glutes, following the spine's natural curve. Ensure the unit features 4D massage technology, which adds variable speed and rhythm to the depth and width of the rollers. Additionally, verify the number of airbags (ideally 30-60) for compression therapy and the presence of carbon fiber heating modules in the lumbar and calf areas to enhance blood circulation.

As electrical medical/wellness devices, they must meet CE (LVD/EMC) for the European market and UL or ETL certification for the United States. Ensure the manufacturer complies with RoHS for hazardous substance restriction and ISO 13485 if the product is marketed as a medical device. For the Australian market, SAA certification for the power plug and cord is essential.

Request the motor brand and lifespan test reports; high-quality chairs use brushless DC motors that offer quieter operation and a longer MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). The upholstery should be hydrolysis-resistant PU leather, tested for at least 5 years of wear resistance to prevent peeling in humid climates. Check if the internal frame is reinforced steel rather than plastic to support weights up to 150kg (330 lbs).

Most professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer logo silk-printing on the headrest, customized voice control commands, and localized control panel languages. For larger orders, you can request bespoke shell colors or the integration of specific health monitoring sensors (like heart rate or SpO2 trackers) into the armrests.

Massage chairs are heavy, bulky, and fragile (High-Value/Oversized). The biggest risk is internal calibration shift or shell cracking due to rough handling. Always insist on honeycomb cardboard packaging with wooden crates for LCL shipments. Ensure the supplier provides insurance covering 'All Risks' and use sea freight with palletization to minimize manual handling.

Since returning a 100kg chair is economically unfeasible, negotiate for 3% free-of-charge (FOC) spare parts (mainboards, remote controllers, and air pumps) to be included in the container. Demand a minimum 2-year warranty on core components and ask for video troubleshooting guides or technical support via instant messaging to assist your local technicians.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure payment is only released upon proof of shipment. Conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) through a third party like SGS or Intertek to verify that the voltage, plug type, and functions match your specific country's requirements before the balance is paid.

Verify the HS Code (typically 901910) with your customs broker to determine the exact tariff rate. Be aware of anti-dumping duties or specific energy efficiency labels required in certain regions. For US buyers, check for Section 301 tariffs if sourcing from China, and explore bonded warehouse options to manage cash flow on high-value inventory.
