Feeding bottle with handles manufacturers

You should prioritize BPA-free materials such as High Borosilicate Glass, which is thermal shock resistant, or Food-Grade Polypropylene (PP) and Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) for lightweight durability. Ensure the nipples are made of Medical-Grade Silicone to prevent allergic reactions and ensure a natural latch for the infant.

For the US market, products must comply with FDA 21 CFR and CPSIA (lead and phthalate limits). For the EU, look for EN 14350 certification, which specifically regulates drinking equipment for children. Always request a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) from the supplier to verify third-party testing.

Handles should be ergonomically curved to fit an infant's small hands and feature a non-slip texture. Look for detachable handle designs that allow the bottle to grow with the child, and ensure the handles are securely locked to prevent choking hazards or accidental spills during self-feeding.

Ensure the bottle incorporates an Anti-Colic Venting System, which reduces air ingestion by balancing pressure. High-quality suppliers often use 360-degree gravity ball straws, allowing the baby to drink from any angle without sucking in air, which is a key selling point for premium baby brands.

The bottles must be capable of withstanding high-temperature sterilization (up to 120°C for PP/PPSU and higher for glass). Verify that the printing/graduation scales are UV-resistant and non-toxic, ensuring they do not fade or leach chemicals after repeated boiling or steam sterilization cycles.

Always request a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) by a third-party agency like SGS or Intertek. Focus on tension tests for handles and leakage tests. Using Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services can provide an extra layer of protection, ensuring payment is only released upon confirmation of product quality.

Focus on long-term partnership potential rather than just the lowest price. Negotiate for lower MOQs on initial trial orders to test market response, and ask for free spare parts (like extra nipples or straws) which add value to your retail offering without significantly increasing the supplier's cost.

For glass items, insist on 5-layer corrugated export cartons with individual bubble wrap or egg-crate dividers. Specify a Fragile Cargo label and consider Sea-Air combined transport if you need to balance speed with the safety of heavy, breakable glass shipments.

If you are doing OEM/ODM, ensure the supplier signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Verify that the supplier has the right to export the specific handle design to avoid patent infringement in your local market, especially for unique ergonomic shapes.
