Enema bottle manufacturers

When sourcing enema bottles, prioritize Medical Grade PVC, Silicone, or LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene). These materials must be BPA-free and Phthalate-free to ensure patient safety during use. For reusable kits, Silicone is preferred due to its ability to withstand high-temperature sterilization (boiling water), whereas disposable units are typically made of soft, squeezable medical-grade PVC.

As a medical device (Class I or II depending on the region), the product must adhere to strict regulatory frameworks. Ensure the supplier provides FDA Registration (for the US market) or CE Marking (MDR 2017/745 for the EU). Additionally, verify that the manufacturer holds an ISO 13485 certification, which specifically governs quality management systems for medical devices.

Look for bottles equipped with an Anti-Backflow Valve to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene. The nozzle design should be smooth, rounded, and ideally pre-lubricated or compatible with water-based lubricants. For bulk sourcing, check the graduated scale markings on the bottle; they must be clear and accurate for precise liquid dosage.

Request the supplier to provide pressure test reports to ensure the bottle does not burst or leak under manual compression. The screw-cap threading should be deep and precise to prevent leakage during application. For kits involving tubing, ensure the connectors are reinforced to prevent detachment during use.

Always request a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) conducted by a third-party agency. Focus on biocompatibility testing and sterility validation. On platforms like Made-in-China.com, prioritize 'Audited Suppliers' who have undergone on-site verification of their production facilities and cleanroom environments.

Negotiate based on Volume-Based Pricing and Sterilization Batch Records. Ask for a lower MOQ on the first order to conduct clinical sampling. Ensure the contract specifies that the supplier is responsible for any customs seizures resulting from improper medical documentation or lack of required certifications.

Enema bottles are lightweight but bulky; therefore, Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) is more cost-effective than air freight for large volumes. Ensure the HS Code (typically 392690 or 901890) is correctly declared to avoid delays. Be aware that some countries require a Medical Device Import License before the goods reach the port.

Utilize Secured Payment Services provided by reputable B2B platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon confirmation of shipping documents. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts; always use the corporate bank account verified in the supplier's audit report.
