When evaluating technical performance, prioritize battery capacity (minimum 500mAh) for long-term use and Type-C fast charging compatibility. The heating function should offer adjustable temperature settings (typically 38°C to 45°C) to ensure user safety and comfort. Additionally, verify the vibration frequency, where high-frequency micro-vibrations (around 8,000 to 12,000 RPM) are standard for effective lymphatic drainage.
High-quality devices typically use medical-grade stainless steel or natural bianstone for the scraping head due to their thermal conductivity and skin-friendly properties. The body should be made of BPA-free ABS plastic with an ergonomic grip. Ensure the supplier provides material safety data sheets (MSDS) to confirm the absence of toxic heavy metals.
As an electronic beauty device, it must carry CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications to be sold in European and American markets. If the device includes a lithium battery, a UN38.3 test report and PI967 packaging compliance are mandatory for air and sea freight. For the US market, check if the device requires FDA Class I registration as a powered massage device.
Request a sample test to check for temperature stability; the device should not overheat beyond the rated limit to avoid skin burns. For models with EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation), ensure the current intensity is adjustable and consistent. Ask the manufacturer for internal PCBA photos to verify the quality of the circuit board and protection chips.
Implement a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) through a third-party agency. Focus on a Functionality Test (power on/off, heating, vibration) and a Battery Life Test. Ensure the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) is set to 1.0 for major defects to maintain high brand reputation.
Focus on tiered pricing based on annual volume rather than a single order. Negotiate for customized packaging (OEM) and the inclusion of 1-2% spare units to cover potential DOA (Dead on Arrival) items. Always request a warranty period of at least 12 months and clarify the process for defective replacements.
Use Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure your payment is only released after you confirm receipt and quality. Avoid direct wire transfers to private bank accounts; always use the supplier's verified corporate account listed on the platform.
Ensure the supplier uses specialized dangerous goods (DG) channels if required, or follows Section II of PI967 for batteries contained in equipment. The outer cartons must display the Lithium Battery Handling Label. For cost-efficiency to the US or Europe, consider Sea Freight + UPS/FedEx Last Mile Delivery for bulk orders over 100kg.
