Computer gift mouse manufacturers

When sourcing a gift mouse, focus on DPI (Dots Per Inch) sensitivity, typically ranging from 800 to 2400 DPI for office use. Ensure the micro-switch life is rated for at least 3 to 5 million clicks to guarantee durability. For wireless models, prioritize 2.4GHz or Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity with a stable range of 10 meters, and look for low power consumption chipsets to extend battery life.

For electronic peripherals, you must verify CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications to ensure the product is free from hazardous substances and meets electromagnetic compatibility standards. If the mouse contains a lithium battery, a UN38.3 test report and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) are mandatory for international shipping and customs clearance.

Suppliers on Made-in-China.com typically offer Silk-screen printing, Pad printing, or Laser engraving for brand logos. For premium gifts, consider customized RGB lighting effects or bespoke packaging (CMYK printed gift boxes). Always request a pre-production sample to verify logo alignment and color accuracy (Pantone matching).

Choose materials with a skin-friendly UV coating or ABS plastic with a matte finish to prevent fingerprints and slipping. Ergonomic designs should support the natural curve of the hand to reduce RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) risks, which adds significant perceived value to a corporate gift.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure payment is only released after you confirm receipt of goods. Always conduct a factory audit or request a Verified Supplier report to confirm the manufacturer's production capacity and legal status.

Negotiate based on tiered pricing; for example, a 10-15% discount is often achievable when moving from 500 to 2,000 units. Discuss spare part ratios (usually 0.3% to 0.5% extra units) to cover potential DOA (Dead on Arrival) items, which is more cost-effective than international returns.

Shipping mice with built-in batteries requires specialized dangerous goods (DG) handling. Ensure your forwarder is experienced in PI966 or PI967 packaging regulations. For North American and European markets, ensure the HS Code (8471.60) is correctly declared to avoid customs delays and to apply the correct tariff rates.

Hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform an AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) 2.5/4.0 inspection. They will check for functional defects, cosmetic flaws, and battery stability before the final balance payment is made.
