Compression gloves manufacturers

You must prioritize the compression level, typically measured in mmHg. For general arthritis relief, 15-20 mmHg is standard, while medical-grade recovery may require 20-30 mmHg. Ensure the material composition is a high-quality blend of Nylon and Spandex (Elastane), usually in an 80/20 or 70/30 ratio, to maintain elasticity after repeated use. Additionally, verify the seam construction; 'flat-lock' stitching is essential to prevent skin irritation during prolonged wear.

As these are often classified as Class I Medical Devices, they must meet FDA registration requirements for the U.S. market and carry the CE Mark (MDR 2017/745) for the European Union. Furthermore, ensure the fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified to guarantee they are free from harmful substances, and check if the manufacturer follows ISO 13485 quality management systems for medical devices.

Request moisture-wicking test reports to ensure the fabric manages sweat effectively. For durability, ask for tensile strength and recovery rate data; a high-quality glove should retain at least 95% of its original shape after 100 stretch cycles. If the gloves feature anti-slip silicone grips, verify that the silicone is heat-pressed rather than just printed to prevent peeling.

Most professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer private labeling (logo printing), custom sizing charts (XS-XL), and copper-infused fabric options which are popular for marketing 'anti-inflammatory' benefits. You can also request open-finger designs for touchscreen compatibility or full-finger designs for maximum warmth and compression.

Always request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) by a third-party agency like SGS or Intertek. Specifically, instruct them to perform a 'stretch test' and a 'colorfastness to perspiration' test. Using the Secured Trading Service on Made-in-China.com can also protect your payment until the goods are verified against your specifications.

Focus on tiered pricing; for compression gloves, unit costs can drop by 20-25% when moving from 500 pairs to 5,000 pairs. If you are a startup, negotiate a lower MOQ for the initial 'trial order' by agreeing to use the supplier's standard fabric colors (usually black or grey), which reduces their material setup costs.

Since compression gloves are lightweight and low-volume, they are ideal for Air Freight or International Express (DHL/FedEx) if you need fast turnover. However, for bulk orders exceeding 200kg, Sea Freight (LCL) is significantly more economical. Ensure your supplier provides a detailed packing list to avoid customs delays related to 'medical device' misclassification.

Ensure all technical drawings and brand logos are protected by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing. Conduct transactions through verified 'Diamond Members' on Made-in-China.com, as these suppliers undergo rigorous on-site audits and business license verification, reducing the risk of fraud.
