Wholesale fan bush manufacturers

The most critical factor is the material composition. You should prioritize Oil-Impregnated Sintered Bronze (SAE 840) or Iron-Copper alloys for their self-lubricating properties. Ensure the porosity level is between 18% and 25% to allow for adequate oil retention, which significantly extends the fan's lifespan and reduces noise levels during high-speed rotation.

For wholesale procurement, specify tolerance levels within ±0.01mm to ±0.02mm. You should request the supplier to provide a CPK (Process Capability Index) report showing a value greater than 1.33. This ensures that the bushes will fit perfectly into the motor housing without causing vibration or premature shaft wear.

Since fan bushes are components of electrical appliances, they must comply with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and REACH standards to ensure they are free from lead and other toxic heavy metals. If the end product is for the US market, ensure the lubricants used within the bush meet UL safety requirements for thermal stability.

A high-quality bush should withstand continuous operation at temperatures up to 120°C without oil leakage or seizing. Look for a hardness rating of HB 30-60 for bronze bushes. Additionally, the noise level should remain below 40dB when the motor is running at full load, which is a key selling point for premium fan brands.

Always utilize Trade Assurance services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to secure your payment. Before shipping, hire a third-party inspection agency (such as SGS or Intertek) to perform a 'Crushing Strength Test' and 'Oil Content Analysis' on a random sample from the batch to ensure the structural integrity of the sintered metal.

Due to the high density and weight of metal bushes, LCL (Less than Container Load) Sea Freight is the most economical choice for orders exceeding 200kg. For smaller trial orders, International Courier (FedEx/UPS) is faster, but you should negotiate DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms with the supplier to avoid unexpected customs clearance fees and local taxes in your home country.

Focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for free replacement of defective units (aim for a defect rate below 0.3%) and ask for tiered pricing where the unit cost drops by 5-10% as your annual volume increases. Requesting a customized mold fee rebate after reaching a certain order volume is also a common and effective strategy.

Verify that the supplier is an Audited Supplier on Made-in-China.com, which confirms their manufacturing capabilities and business existence. Check their Export License and ensure the bank account name matches the company name on the Proforma Invoice to prevent payment diversion fraud.
