Sex toy vibrator manufacturers

You must ensure the products are made of medical-grade silicone, which is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and body-safe. Avoid materials containing phthalates, lead, or heavy metals. Request documentation for RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and REACH compliance to ensure the chemical composition meets international safety benchmarks for skin-contact products.

Since vibrators contain lithium batteries and motors, they must carry CE (Europe), FCC (USA), or UKCA (UK) markings. Additionally, ensure the internal batteries have UN38.3 certification and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) reports, which are mandatory for the legal and safe air/sea transportation of battery-operated devices.

Focus on the decibel level (noise) and vibration frequency. High-quality motors should operate at less than 50dB to ensure privacy. Ask suppliers for lifespan test reports, typically ensuring the motor can run for at least 200-300 continuous hours without failure. For waterproof models, verify an IPX7 rating, meaning the device can be submerged in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes.

Most professional manufacturers on Made-in-China.com offer private labeling (logo printing), custom Pantone color matching, and bespoke packaging design. For advanced buyers, mold customization is available, though it requires a higher MOQ (typically 1,000+ units) and a tooling fee.

Vibrators are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) due to their batteries. You must work with freight forwarders experienced in Battery Shipping. Ensure the outer cartons have the correct Lithium Battery Warning Labels. Choosing DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms can simplify the process, as the seller handles the complex customs clearance and battery-related documentation.

Customs regulations for adult products vary significantly by country. Some regions have strict decency laws or labeling requirements. Ensure the HS Code (typically 9019.10) is used correctly and that the commercial invoice describes the items accurately but professionally (e.g., 'Personal Massager'). Avoid provocative imagery on the external shipping boxes to prevent unnecessary inspections.

Use Secured Payment services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your funds until delivery. Always conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) through a third-party agency like SGS or Intertek to verify that the functionality, battery safety, and packaging meet your agreed-upon specifications before the final balance is paid.

Negotiate based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Ask for a tiered pricing structure (e.g., 500, 1000, 5000 units) and request spare parts (1-2% extra units) to cover potential defectives. For long-term partnerships, negotiate for exclusive distribution rights in your specific region to reduce local competition.
