Sex men doll manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize Medical-Grade TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) or Platinum-Cured Silicone. Silicone offers superior durability, heat resistance, and a realistic skin texture, while TPE is more cost-effective and softer to the touch. Ensure the internal structure features a stainless steel articulated skeleton to allow for a full range of motion and stability during use.

Since these products have prolonged skin contact, they must be phthalate-free and comply with REACH (EU) or ASTM F963 (US) standards. Ensure the supplier provides Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and RoHS certification to guarantee the absence of heavy metals and toxic chemicals in the soft materials and lubricants.

Professional manufacturers should offer customization of facial features, skin tone, body hair, and height. Look for suppliers utilizing 3D modeling and high-precision molds. Request high-definition videos of the implanted hair (eyebrows/pubic hair) and hand-painted skin detailing (veins and pores) to verify the level of craftsmanship before placing a bulk order.

The product requires regular cleaning with mild anti-bacterial soap and lukewarm water. To prevent the material from becoming tacky, renewal powder (cornstarch-based) must be applied after drying. For TPE dolls, buyers should be advised to avoid dark-colored clothing to prevent permanent dye migration into the porous material.

To avoid customs delays or seizures, request the supplier to use discreet packaging and neutral labeling, such as 'Life-size Mannequin' or 'Art Sculpture'. Ensure the HS Code (typically 3926.90 or 9503.00) is correctly applied based on your local customs regulations to minimize the risk of being flagged as prohibited material.

Focus on Sample-to-Bulk credit: negotiate for the sample cost to be deducted from your first container order. Given the high shipping volume of these items, ask for tiered pricing based on weight rather than just units. Always verify if the supplier is a 'Diamond Member' or 'Audited Supplier' on Made-in-China.com to ensure factory legitimacy.

Due to the weight (typically 30-50kg per unit), Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is the most economical method. For high-value silicone dolls, ensure the use of reinforced wooden crates to prevent the internal skeleton from piercing the material during transit. Always insist on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms if you are unfamiliar with local import taxes for adult-oriented goods.

Use Secured Payment services provided by Made-in-China.com to hold funds until the goods are shipped. Hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), specifically checking for 'oil leakage' in TPE materials and ensuring the joints are not locked or squeaky.
