Buyers should prioritize motor power and stability, typically looking for brushless DC motors which offer quieter operation and longer lifespans. The stroke length (adjustable ranges from 3cm to 15cm are ideal) and thrusting speed (measured in strokes per minute, usually 0-300 SPM) are critical for user customization. Additionally, ensure the machine features a universal Klick-Lok or Vac-U-Lock connector system to ensure compatibility with a wide range of attachments.

Since these products involve direct skin contact, materials must be medical-grade silicone, TPE, or ABS plastic that is BPA-free and phthalate-free. For electronic components, look for CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications to ensure electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility. Suppliers on Made-in-China.com who provide FDA registration or ISO 10993 (biocompatibility) reports offer a significant competitive advantage in Western markets.

A high-quality machine should operate at a noise level below 50-60 decibels at maximum speed. Request videos of the machine in operation under load. The chassis should be made of heavy-duty steel or reinforced aluminum with industrial-grade suction cups or weighted bases to prevent 'walking' or tipping during high-intensity use.

These devices cater to health and wellness retailers, adult novelty boutiques, and specialized medical rehabilitation distributors. They are increasingly marketed for sexual dysfunction therapy and solo-play enhancement. Sourcing modular designs that allow for different attachments (dildos, strokers, or vibrators) allows you to target a broader demographic with a single base unit.

Different countries have varying regulations regarding 'adult' products. It is vital to use discreet packaging and accurate but professional HS Codes (e.g., HS Code 901910 for massage apparatus). Avoid explicit imagery on outer cartons. Always verify the import legality in the destination country, as some regions in the Middle East or Southeast Asia have strict prohibitions.

Focus on MOQ flexibility for trial orders and request OEM/ODM customization for branding. Negotiate for a spare parts kit (extra fuses, O-rings, or motor brushes) to be included in the bulk price. For large orders, aim for a 30% deposit and 70% balance payment after a successful third-party pre-shipment inspection.

Utilize Secured Trading services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your payments. Always request a functional sample before placing a bulk order. Conduct a drop test and a continuous run test (2 hours) to check for motor overheating. Ensure the supplier provides a 12-month warranty on the motor and control board.

Due to the weight of the motors and frames, Sea Freight (LCL) is the most cost-effective for bulk orders, while Air Freight is better for high-value, low-volume samples. Ensure the supplier uses double-walled corrugated boxes with custom-fit foam inserts to prevent mechanical damage during transit.
