Sex doll silicone manufacturers

While both are common, Silicone is the premium choice for B2B buyers due to its superior heat resistance, durability, and hypoallergenic properties. Unlike TPE, high-quality silicone does not leak oil, is non-porous (preventing bacterial growth), and maintains its structural integrity for years. For high-end retail, ensure the supplier uses platinum-cured medical-grade silicone to guarantee a skin-like texture and safety compliance.

The longevity of the product depends on the stainless steel or aluminum alloy exoskeleton. Buyers should verify that the joints offer multi-axis rotation (typically 20-30 points of articulation) to simulate natural movement. Ensure the skeleton is shipped with reinforced foam padding to prevent 'bone-through' issues where the metal frame punctures the silicone skin during transit or use.

To clear customs in major markets like the US or EU, products must pass REACH and RoHS certifications to ensure they are free from phthalates, lead, and heavy metals. Additionally, since these are skin-contact products, requesting a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is essential. For the US market, ensure compliance with California Proposition 65 regarding chemical safety.

Focus on the hand-painting process (vascular detailing and skin mottling) and the quality of the implanted hair versus wigs. High-tier manufacturers use 3D scanning technology for facial molds. Request high-definition videos of the seam lines; premium silicone dolls should have minimal, hand-buffed seams that are nearly invisible to the naked eye.

Silicone dolls are heavy (often 30kg-50kg), making shipping a significant portion of the TCO. Use discreet, plain brown box packaging with no suggestive labeling to avoid theft or customs scrutiny. For bulk orders, Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) is the most economical, but ensure the supplier uses anti-pressure wooden crates to prevent the silicone from deforming under the weight of other cargo.

Customs regulations vary significantly by country. Some regions have strict obscenity laws; always ensure the product is declared as a 'Life-size Mannequin' or 'Art Model' under the correct HS Code (typically 961800). Avoid products that mimic minors, as this will lead to immediate seizure and legal consequences in almost all international jurisdictions.

Always conduct transactions through secure payment channels provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com, which offer escrow-style protection. Before final payment, hire a third-party inspection service to perform a 'smell test' (to detect cheap chemical fillers) and a joint-stress test to ensure the skeleton doesn't squeak or snap.

Focus on customization flexibility (OEM/ODM) rather than just the lowest price. Negotiate for free spare parts (such as repair kits, extra wigs, or cleaning tools) and a 1-year warranty on the internal skeleton. For long-term partnerships, request exclusive rights to specific face molds to differentiate your brand in a crowded market.
