Refrigerator condenser fan price manufacturers

Buyers must prioritize Voltage compatibility (typically 115V or 230V) and Frequency (50/60Hz) to match regional power grids. Key performance metrics include Airflow volume (CFM) and Rotational speed (RPM), which directly impact the cooling efficiency of the compressor. Additionally, ensure the Motor insulation class (Class B or F) is suitable for high-temperature environments near the compressor, and verify Bearing types (Sleeve vs. Ball bearings); ball bearings are preferred for longer service life and 24/7 continuous operation.

For global trade, ensure the products carry UL (Underwriters Laboratories) or ETL certification for the North American market, and CE or VDE marking for Europe. Compliance with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) is essential to ensure the components are environmentally friendly. Requesting IP ratings (e.g., IP44 or higher) is also vital to ensure the motor is protected against dust and moisture ingress, which are common in refrigeration environments.

The price is primarily driven by Motor technology (AC vs. high-efficiency EC motors) and Material quality (Aluminum vs. Plastic blades). While EC (Electronically Commutated) motors have a higher upfront cost, they offer up to 70% energy savings, which is a significant selling point for eco-conscious B2B clients. To optimize costs, look for suppliers on Made-in-China.com that offer tiered pricing based on MOQ, where orders exceeding 500-1,000 units can reduce the unit price by 15-25%.

The biggest risks include Technical mismatch (incompatible shaft sizes or mounting brackets) and Shipping damage. To mitigate this, always request a physical sample for fitment testing before placing a bulk order. Ensure the supplier uses Anti-static packaging and reinforced inner boxes to prevent motor damage during long-haul sea freight.

Utilize Secure Payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. When negotiating, clearly define the Defect Rate Threshold (typically <1%) in the contract and agree on a Warranty period (ideally 12-24 months). For large orders, insist on a Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) by a third party like SGS or Intertek to verify quantity and functional performance.

Since motors contain copper windings and magnets, they are relatively heavy. For small batches, Air Express (DHL/FedEx) is fast but expensive; for commercial stock, LCL (Less than Container Load) Sea Freight is the most cost-effective. Ensure the supplier provides a HS Code (typically 8414.59) for accurate customs duty calculation and confirm if the magnets require a Magnetic Inspection Report for air transport compliance.
