Real sex doll manufacturers

Choosing the right material is critical for durability and realism. TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is softer, more porous, and generally more cost-effective, but requires regular powdering to prevent stickiness. Medical-grade Silicone is non-porous, heat-resistant, and easier to sanitize, though it is typically more expensive and less flexible than TPE. B2B buyers should prioritize platinum-cured silicone for high-end markets to ensure longevity.

The internal structure determines the doll's poseability and lifespan. Ensure the supplier uses an EVO or stainless steel skeleton with reinforced joints to prevent 'bone protrusion.' High-quality dolls should feature multi-axis joints in the neck, shoulders, and hips to allow for a natural range of motion. Always confirm the maximum weight capacity and joint tension settings to avoid mechanical failure during use.

Product safety is paramount due to prolonged skin contact. Ensure all materials are BPA-free, phthalate-free, and lead-free. For the US market, compliance with California Proposition 65 is often required. For the EU, products must meet REACH and RoHS standards. Request SGS or Intertek lab reports to verify that the materials do not contain harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

For high-end retail, look for 3D-scanned textures and hand-painted details. Key features include implanted hair (mohair or human hair) rather than wigs, acrylic or glass eyes, and 'standing feet' options. Request high-definition videos of the actual production unit rather than relying on rendered marketing photos to verify seam line visibility and skin texture consistency.

Customs regulations for adult products vary significantly by country. It is vital to use discreet packaging and accurate but professional HS codes (e.g., HS Code 9503.00 for plastic models/toys). Avoid explicit imagery on the outer carton. Some regions have strict decency laws; always consult with a local customs broker to ensure the shipment will not be seized as 'obscene material.'

When sourcing via Made-in-China.com, focus on MOQ flexibility and customization costs. Ask for a 'sample-to-bulk' credit where the sample cost is deducted from your first container order. Negotiate for extra accessories (like cleaning kits, extra wigs, or heating rods) to be included in the unit price, which adds value to your retail offering without increasing the base cost.

To mitigate financial risk, utilize Secured Trading Services provided by the platform. Never wire full payments upfront to personal accounts. Use a 30/70 payment structure: 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance paid only after a third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI) confirms the quality and quantity match the Proforma Invoice.

Due to the weight (typically 30-50kg per unit), Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is the most economical for bulk orders. For urgent samples, use specialized air couriers that handle 'oversized' parcels. Ensure the supplier uses reinforced double-walled corrugated boxes with custom-fitted high-density foam inserts to prevent the internal skeleton from shifting and damaging the skin during transit.
