Plastic bag water filling machine manufacturers

Selecting the appropriate machine depends on your daily output requirements. For startups, a Single-lane Automatic Sachet Packing Machine with a capacity of 1,500–2,000 bags per hour is ideal. For industrial-scale operations, look for Multi-lane high-speed models that can exceed 8,000 bags per hour. Ensure the machine features PLC control systems (like Siemens or Delta) and Touch Screen interfaces for precise adjustment of filling volumes and sealing temperatures.

The machine must be constructed with Food-grade Stainless Steel (SUS304 or SUS316L) to prevent corrosion and ensure hygiene. Key technical features should include UV Sterilization for the packaging film, High-precision Piston Pumps for filling accuracy (error margin <1%), and PID Temperature Control for consistent heat sealing. Verify that the machine supports PE (Polyethylene) or laminated films commonly used for water sachets.

To ensure safety and market entry, the machine must have CE Certification for the European market or UL/CSA standards for North America. Since it handles drinking water, the internal piping and filling nozzles must meet FDA or Food-grade compliance. Additionally, look for ISO 9001 certification from the manufacturer to guarantee consistent production quality and mechanical reliability.

Focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the initial price. Machines with Modular Designs allow for easier part replacement and lower maintenance costs. Inquire about the wear-and-tear parts kit (e.g., heating wires, cutters, and gaskets) included in the purchase. Choosing a supplier on Made-in-China.com that offers Video Technical Support and a 1-2 year warranty can significantly reduce long-term operational risks.

The primary risks include damage during maritime transit, voltage incompatibility, and lack of local technical support. To mitigate these, insist on Seaworthy Vacuum Packaging or Reinforced Wooden Crate Packing. Always confirm the Voltage and Frequency (e.g., 220V/60Hz vs 380V/50Hz) of your destination country before production begins.

Utilize Trade Terms like FOB (Free On Board) to maintain control over shipping costs, or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) if you prefer the supplier to handle insurance. For payment, use Secure Payment methods or Letters of Credit (L/C) for large orders. Request a Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) by a third party like SGS or BV to verify the machine's performance and specifications before the final balance is paid.

Liquid filling machines are heavy and bulky; ensure your freight forwarder is experienced in Oversized Cargo. Check for Import Duties and HS Codes (typically 8422.30) in your country to calculate total landed costs. For African or Southeast Asian markets, ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin to benefit from potential tariff preferences under trade agreements.
