Football team jerseys manufacturers

When sourcing football jerseys, prioritize 100% polyester interlock or mesh fabrics with a weight between 140-180 GSM. Ensure the fabric features moisture-wicking (Dri-Fit) technology and anti-bacterial treatments. For professional use, look for reinforced double-stitched seams and heat-transfer neck labels to prevent skin irritation during high-intensity movement.

For long-lasting vibrant colors that won't peel, Sublimation Printing is the industry standard as the ink fuses directly with the fabric. If you require a premium feel for club crests, 3D Silicone Heat Transfers or High-Density Embroidery are preferred. Avoid low-quality silk screening which may crack after repeated washing.

Ensure all garments meet the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 to guarantee they are free from harmful substances. For the US market, compliance with CPSIA (especially for youth sizes) is mandatory. For the EU, ensure adherence to REACH regulations regarding chemical dyes and lead content in zippers or buttons.

Request a detailed size chart and clarify if the patterns are Asian, European, or American sizing, as there are significant differences (usually 1-2 sizes). It is highly recommended to order a physical pre-production sample to verify the 'Athletic Fit' versus 'Fan Fit' dimensions before committing to a bulk order.

Always utilize Third-Party Inspection services (like V-Trust or QIMA) to conduct a During Production (DUPRO) or Final Random Inspection (FRI). Focus on checking color consistency (Delta E < 1.0), logo alignment, and stitching tension. Sourcing through reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com allows you to select Audited Suppliers who have undergone verified on-site inspections.

Beyond the unit price, negotiate the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) per size/color split. Professional buyers often secure a 5-10% discount by committing to a seasonal forecast. Ensure the contract includes a penalty clause for lead time delays, as football jerseys are often time-sensitive due to league seasons or tournament kick-offs.

For urgent tournament needs, Air Freight (5-7 days) is necessary but costly. For standard inventory replenishment, Sea Freight (25-40 days) is most economical. If shipping to the US or Europe, consider DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms to simplify the customs clearance process and avoid unexpected import duties and VAT charges upon arrival.

Use Secured Payment services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released after you confirm receipt of goods. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts; always pay to the verified corporate account listed on the supplier's audited profile to prevent payment fraud.
