Changan uni v car manufacturers

The Changan Uni V is a premium compact sedan known for its futuristic design and sporty performance. Key specs include the Blue Core NE 1.5T or 2.0T turbocharged engines, paired with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission (DCT) or an 8-speed automatic (AT). Buyers should prioritize units equipped with the Electric Active Rear Wing for enhanced aerodynamics and the Super Race Mode for performance-oriented clients. Ensure the vehicle features the Ark Architecture, which provides a lower center of gravity and higher body rigidity.

For B2B procurement, verify the inclusion of the Changan Pilot intelligent driving system, which includes L2+ autonomous driving capabilities such as Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), and 360-degree panoramic imaging with transparent chassis. Ensure the vehicle meets C-NCAP five-star safety standards and check for the presence of 6 or more airbags and high-strength steel construction to meet local safety compliance in the destination country.

The Uni V features a triple-screen layout (3+10.3+7 inches) and a 10.3-inch central touch display. When sourcing, confirm if the IMS intelligent cockpit system supports face recognition and fatigue monitoring. For export versions, it is critical to check if the infotainment system supports English or the local language of your market, and whether it allows for OTA (Over-the-Air) updates outside of China.

The Blue Core engine is designed for high thermal efficiency and durability. B2B buyers should ensure the supplier provides a comprehensive maintenance manual and verify the availability of genuine spare parts (such as filters, brake pads, and sensors). The vehicle's chassis should have anti-corrosion treatment, especially if shipping to coastal or high-humidity regions. It is recommended to source from suppliers who can provide a quality inspection report before the vehicle leaves the warehouse.

The main risks include compliance with local emission standards (e.g., Euro VI vs. others) and voltage/plug compatibility for hybrid versions (iDD). Additionally, ensure the vehicle is a 'New Car' status rather than a registered used car to avoid higher tariffs or import bans in certain jurisdictions. Always use Made-in-China.com's secured payment services to mitigate financial risks.

Always verify if the supplier is a Certified or Gold Member on Made-in-China.com. Request the Export License for Used/New Vehicles, as only authorized enterprises in China can legally export cars. Utilize third-party inspection services (like SGS or BV) to conduct a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) to verify the VIN, mileage (should be near zero), and physical condition.

There are three primary methods: Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off), which is the most cost-effective for large volumes; Container Shipping, which provides better protection against sea salt and weather; and Rack/Frame shipping for specialized logistics. For landlocked countries in Central Asia or Europe, China-Europe Railway Express is a faster alternative to sea freight.

Essential documents include the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), and Certificate of Origin. Specifically for vehicles, you will need the Export License, Certificate of Conformity (COC), and sometimes a De-registration Certificate if the car was briefly registered for export purposes. Ensure all documents align with the Harmonized System (HS) Code 8703 for passenger motor vehicles.
